The odd-pinnate leaves unfold yellow green and turn light green later growing as large as 25 - 30 cm. In autumn the leaf turns to a beautiful golden yellow that remains long. This ash has an inconspicuous inflorescence and generates many keys in thick bunches. 'Jaspidea' can be used as a road and street plant and in public gardens and parks.
